Cane and Wood French Country Daybed
A french country themed daybed created for a client from a combination of photo references and CAD files. Modeled in 3ds Max, textured with Substance, and rendered with V-ray. Additional post processing done in Photoshop. All imagery is customer-facing.
For the wicker material used in the panels I started with a simple small graph for the wood texture itself that makes up the woven strands and fed it into the weave graph below.
The final graph for the wicker material; I created a small section of the weave to tile in 3ds max and opacity masked it.
